Grapes are 100% destemmed. Cold-soak for five days, then fermentation during 10 days. Aged for 12 months in barrel, only 20% of which are new. Vines were planted in 1982, 1986. Clay and limestone soil.

Antoine Jobard's is as classy and as consistent a property as you’ll find in Burgundy, and theirs are generally counted among the best Meursaults. Other respected vignerons like Coche and Raveneau hold these wines in the highest esteem and are generous with their praise when Jobard comes up in conversation.
