Noilly Prat, Vermouth de France "Extra Dry" 750ml
A blend of white wines from the South: Picpoul de Pinet and Clairette du Languedoc. For a year, the Clairette and Picpoul age in the open air in oak barrels. The barrels are exposed to the sun's rays, sea breezes and the chill of winter... and undergo a profound transformation. Left in repose for several months, Picpoul and Clairette are then blended together.
14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them chamomile, coriander from Morocco, bitter oranges from Tunisia and orris root from Italy.
